Roadmap

The roadmap should evolve from reliable data collection to consent-based reputation and then marketplace capabilities.

Phase 1: Data tracking and AI ingestion​

Goals:

  • track contracts, parties, properties, installments, expenses, and documents
  • ingest documents with AI-assisted extraction
  • reconcile expected rent and expenses with bank transactions
  • calculate internal metrics only
  • do not expose scoring

Phase 2: Opt-in scoring and reputation sharing​

Goals:

  • introduce user_consents
  • enable tenant payment metrics
  • calculate rule-based scores
  • run shadow scoring before exposure
  • allow opt-in reputation sharing
  • provide explainability and correction workflows

Phase 3: Marketplace launch​

Goals:

  • publish property listings
  • allow tenant applications
  • enable controlled document sharing
  • allow landlords to evaluate applications
  • use only consented data in candidate views

Phase 4: Advanced matching and monetization​

Goals:

  • introduce explainable ranking
  • add advanced matching features
  • optimize listing visibility
  • evaluate monetization models
  • consider ML only after governance and consent coverage are mature

Implementation priority​

  1. Strengthen normalized operational data.
  2. Add audit trails and consent management.
  3. Run scoring internally in shadow mode.
  4. Expose features gradually with clear controls.
